This August, My Event Hire were asked to supply furniture for Leicester Pride at Abbey park. We were approached by Simon ealier this year to discuss the planning. With Leicester Pride being such a big event, it takes months of planning. Our team were there to support along the way from the early planning to the delivery. 

 

We were tasked with supplying 20 wooden picnic benches for the event. These were perfect for creating an area for people to sit and eat around the food vendors. We were also asked to supply pedestrain barriers for the event. These were used as crowd control on the way into the event to create an entrance and exit. They were also used in the bar area to mark out where to que. In total we supplied 95 pedestrain barriers to be used around the event. 

 

This is the fourth year that My Event Hire have worked with Leicester pride. We love when clients return to work with us each year and its great to be part of a local event. 

 

Our Office Administrator Katie attended the event and said she was really impressed. Everyone involved worked really hard to create the event and it really showed. Everyone there looked like they were having a great time and its great to see how to event has grown over the years!
