What’s your guilty pleasure? Personally, everyone knows my guilty pleasure… it’s Cadburys creme eggs!
What’s your favourite quote? “If you don’t succeed try again” It’s what keeps me motivated.
What’s the most courageous thing you have ever done and why? Hmmm this is a hard one! I will give anything a try (apart from jumping off a diving board!!) I tried that once when on holiday once and look a right plonker, when I stood there for ages queuing to do it then had to walk back past everyone on the steps on the way back down!
What do you like doing in your spare time? To be honest I don’t get a lot of spare time but when I do it’s spending time with Meld and the dogs (not the kids, they drive drive me crazy!) 🙂
If you could just jump on plane and go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? To a desert island with no internet as long as they had a shop that sold Cadbury creme eggs, with Meld and the dogs with me I would be happy!
What’s the best joke you’ve ever been told? Paddy takes his wife to bed on valentines night, she undressed lies on the bed spread eagled and says “you know what I want don’t you?”. “Yeah” says paddy, “The whole bloody bed”.
If you could change one thing at work, what would you change and why? This is the hard question for me and Meld because we are the owners. But if I could change one thing it would be the training, I think we should train staff in a fun way like this it’s more enjoyable for everyone.
If we were to come in one day and said we were giving one member of staff the day off, fully paid, but you have to give a reason to pick you. What would you say? I do this all the time when I talk to myself, but I never listen and still work because I am a sucker.

What’s the most courageous thing you have ever done and why? Stood up to 3 women bullying a teenager in a toilet.
What do you like doing in your spare time? Spare time? What’s that?
If you could just jump on plane and go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Maldives. To be waited for on hand and foot in the sun, while drinking cocktails.
What’s the best joke you’ve ever been told? Would you rather eat a baby goat or a matter baby?
If you could change one thing at work, what would you change and why? That we had a solution to curry and mould and we wouldn’t have to keep rewashing LOL!!

What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received? Advice from my dad: Stop remembering all the bad times because when I’m gone you’ll only remember the good. Change it!

What’s the most courageous thing you have ever done and why? Eating a tomato even thought I don’t like tomatoes.
What do you like doing in your spare time? I like spending time with friends and family creating new memories.
If you could just jump on plane and go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? I’d go to one of poorest parts of Africa to see how their lives are different to ours and to see how they’d cope through tough times. Also, to gain respect and appreciate for what I have.

If you could change one thing at work, what would you change and why? Set break and dinner times because it is hard to know when your break is when out on site.
