This year's challenge was set high: supply 600 black chair covers, create an impressive 8m x 4m stage standing at 90cm high, complete with handrails and steps on either side, and a show-stopping 24ft x 22ft black starlit LED dancefloor. 

 

Collaborating with local suppliers at local events is always a pleasure. Hybrid AV took charge of all the event's audio visual requirements, Stylish Weddings provided the elegant black chair covers and Table Art supplied their stunning LED acrylic table centers. 

 

Despite a tight turnaround, the installation of the event was seamless. The coordination among our team, Hybrid AV, Stylish Weddings, and Table Art was impeccable. The synchronised efforts ensured that the setup was ready on time, with all suppliers working harmoniously to bring the client's vision to life.
