Are the water jugs clean and ready to use when they arrive?
Yes, our jugs are thoroughly cleaned before delivery or pickup.
***Do I need to wash the glasses after my event?
If you’ve paid the 25% dirty‑wash charge, then no — you don’t need to wash the glasses.
If you’d like that 25% refunded, then yes, the glasses must be returned clean, dry, and free from drip marks. Once they’re returned in that condition, we’ll refund the wash charge back to you.
Are you interested in hiring our water jugs for your wedding or event? Our water jugs are available to hire in Leicester and throughout the United Kingdom, including; Northampton, Coventry, Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham and London.
