Are the wine glasses clean and ready to use when they arrive?
Yes, our glasses are thoroughly cleaned before delivery or pickup.
*****Do I need to wash the glasses after my event?
If you’ve paid the 25% dirty‑wash charge, then no — you don’t need to wash the glasses.
If you’d like that 25% refunded, then yes, the glasses must be returned clean, dry, and free from drip marks. Once they’re returned in that condition, we’ll refund the wash charge back to you.
